- Specific expertise in managing corporate transactions, including sale mandates, stock exchange listings and capital raisings
- Strong technical and commercial background, who was previously a Partner of Deloitte Corporate Finance

Gordon Ho

- Over 6 years’ experience in providing accounting and financial management services to a wide range of industries.
- Proven experience in running strategic engagements, restructuring, business valuation and taxation.
- Prior to joining Transocean, Gordon was a Manager at Crowe Horwath focusing on financial consulting, growth strategy, post-merger integration and performance improvement in the utilities sector.
